abertis and its link to the academic world

Since 2003 abertis has backed the setting up of different chairs at recognised universities and academic institutions. Aware of the importance of its links to the academic world to social and economic progress, abertis promotes training, research and knowledge transfer between universities and business. These chairs specialise in various fields in infrastructure management and are therefore very closely linked to the business of abertis, a private-sector corporation dedicated to transport and communications infrastructure management.
